If you don’t like shrimp (or brown rice) this will not appeal to you…

Suppose you have a lot of brown rice, and a lot of salad sized cooked shrimp, what would you add to those two ingredients to make a meal ?

I'd add peas, roughiy chopped water chestnuts, sliced fried mushrooms and bamboo shoòts to the rice. Then I'd take a similar volume of skinless, boneless chicken and cook it and the shrimp in spicy satay sauce. A nice individual bowl of sauce made up of ketchup, soy sauce, and amontillado sherry with a hint of chilli.
