I generally move my breakfasts to lunch and skip the mornings with coffee and a little some bread.. with dinner whole eating ends up basically 2 meals a day. try it, you'll lose so fast

@Londonn your body needs some protein in the morning to wake it up and get it going. The best route if one is trying to lose weight is protein in the morning, fruit for morning snack, greens & protein at lunch, raw veg and nuts for afternoon snack, and greens at dinner and don't eat after dark. Works like a charm

@Jenny1234 well that looks right out of a dietitians mouth, I've seen enough of them telling whole different ideas and stories when I was helping my mom to lose.. crazy differences I swear. For instance protein in the mornings is probably for people who dont go out for work just to make their metabolism start cuz proteins are hardest to break but you can do it with just an orange full of carbo as well.. for me I dont need a protein, all I need is to run for the tube, it makes my metabolism start pretty good :) My whole point above is reducing the calorie intake by less full meals, which breakfast is the easiest to skip for a busy person.. tho just dont skip the goodies in the breakfast, eat the eggs and drink the milk.. etc
