Why does smoking cannabis still scare so many people?

@masterofyou Not in decades. Only dealers got jail time in the last 30-40 years.

@masterofyou Because sentencing practices of decades ago have nothing to do with what happens today with decriminalization and legalization.

It’s like saying alcohol was illegal during Prohibition.

@RedBaron Maybe now but not back then historically. History counts you know and most now days do not learn from History and make bad laws.....

@masterofyou Exactly. That’s a big reason why it’s increasingly legal and a source of tax revenue.

People also got tossed in jail for being gay. Nobody is suggesting that should happen today.
