Do you believe a "proper human diet" should only contain meat, fat, salt, butter, and water?

I have my doubts...fruit and vegetables have been growing forever and people probably been drinking goats and other animals milk for quite a long time.
Ancients ate grains as well.

Vegans are healthier than the general population even after accounting for income, just sayin'. Correlation doesn't equal causation but you can clearly be healthy without animal products.
Most vegans become very ill after years of keeping a vegan diet. The good thing is many vegans "cheat". It saves their health. Those who don't though, all very sick - if not dying.

The mind starts going first, then the body.

It's sad, honestly .. as I wish a Vegan diet was functional.

But no, this is far more dangerous than Carnivore.

@BlueVeins I cannot do a plant-based diet it's heavy on carbs and I can't eat carbs or beans being a diabetic 2 it raises my blood sugar incredibly high.
It doesn't do this to everyone, but I'm a lucky person who is highly carb resistant ,I guess.
