So much to learn about and think about when…

….you’re trying to get pregnant!

The most important thing is that I have given up smoking. I was only smoking two or three a day anyway and that was when I was away from home working.

I have given up drinking, not that I was much of a drinker anyway, wine with dinner and cocktails at a club or party. Haven’t been to many of those lately!

I have adjusted my diet too, lots more green vegetables and also fish! These are important yes as are tomatoes and legumes.

Exercise is less frenetic too, but deeper in intensity and value to my body.

I join with @JackDaniels in congratulating you on giving up smoking. You don't need that in your life.
