I know they’re not popular, but I love brussels sprouts…

I especially like them shredded, with garlic, sautéed in olive oil.

Don't like garlic, but love sprouts - in fact as I write this, I'm about to prepare some for my Sunday roast dinner. 🤗

@FreddieUK Often I use garlic powder rather than cloves. 🙂
