@saragoodtimes Egg plant parm, skillet steak, potatoes Au gratin, Fettucine (from scratch) Alfredo with his chicken. He is a Jack of all trades and a master of none cooking wise. It just tastes so good.

@saragoodtimes Oh I am sure you far surpass what he does. He trained in France for 18 months, thinking he would chuck his engineering degrees and become a chef. He was just feeling his oats and putting off the inevitable...he was a 3rd generation oil man. Once he learned what he wanted to learn, he came home. He speaks fluent French...His maternal grandmother was French, and his mom spoke it. I have no clue what he is saying when he's "Frenching me". 😉
