Is avocado on toast still trendy ?

Try this...........blend a very ripe avocado with a rounded tablespoon of sour cream.....a bit of garlic (paste works)...and a drop or two of lemon juice. Blend until smooth and then try that on toast...........or on tacos..........or.........
