Any recommendations on healthy foods to make at home?

I’m still learning. And google isn’t helping. It’s all intricate recipes that I wouldn’t regularly eat.
salad. stir fry. pasta e fagioli. most fish only take 20 min to cook, 10 min on each side. make big portions of chili and other things so you don't have to cook dinner most nights.
