Looks pretty but I can't tell what it is? Is it baked oats with chocolate on top?

Not baked. I mixed oat flour with just a little milk + sweetener and put that in the microwave for less than an minute to thicken it a up bit.
Then topped it with (melted & mixed) dark chocolate spread & peanut butter then chocolate hearts. Let it set in the fridge overnight.
