Smoked haddock and prawn curry

One large onion
(A good teaspoon of each of these spices)
Turmeric
Cumin
Garam masala
Coriander
Ginger
Chilli powder (or 1 fresh chilli)
Medium curry powder
Tablespoon of Sugar or sweetener
Three fillets of smoked haddock, skin removed and cut into large cubes
Carton of peeled and cooked king prawns
Carton of pasatta
Three or four cubes of frozen spinach

Roughly chop onion and fry til softened and translucent
Add all the spices, add the fish and prawns, stir so all the spices cover everything.
Add the passata and the sugar finally the frozen spinach. Keep on the heat until the spinach has defrosted and melted into the curry.

This will serve about 3-4 people if you're doing some rice too xx

I just noticed the basic ingredients, exactly the same as my standard curry recipe, except i use tinned chopped tomatoes instead of pasatta and hot curry powder.
I'm definitely giving it a try with fish, might add some Greek yoghurt as it's simmering and balsamic vinegar instead of sugar

@BlobbyMcBlobface I left the sugar out and it was just as nice but some balsamic would be nice I think.

@PatientlyWaiting25 I think it would work. I usually add a pinch of sugar and a splash of malt vinegar, balsamic being sweet would be the same
