Seafood tastes better raw, imo 🦪

I’ve never been too big on seafood, but I just realized that in most of my favorite seafood dishes, the fish is served raw. Sushi, oysters, sashimi, ceviche, etc. I’ll take any of those over a plate of a whole cooked fish any day. 🍣

I’m completely the opposite...I can only eat cooked oysters o clams, and the only sushi I like doesn’t have meat or fish.
Just had some baked salmon yesterday.
I’d take cooked over raw every time.....I know a lot of people who do eat raw fish, but I just don’t like it.

I've only ever liked fish. I've tried to like shrimp but I just don't.
