Trying something that seems too simple to work
So last night my buddy, Joel and I continued talking about ways to get me to eat more. We were talking about different ideas when my daughter whi was sitting outside with us simply said
Dad why don't you put drink a protein shake on a post it note like you do with everything else for the day. Then you'll have to do it just like every thing else up there.
Why the f@uck didn't we think of that ourselves my buddy says
Because my mind works like his and that's what I would do.
