Over eating

I keep gaining weight and I keep over eating and eating ice cream and if I don’t over eat I feel hungry. I like being full.

You’re over eating on food that’s high in fat. Cut back in fat increase your water and carb intake your body will lean right up. I love being full too! Maybe you should think about focusing on high carb, high in calories and low fat foods. Food that keeps you satiated throughout the day. Food such as fruit, whole grains, vegatables, legumes, then nuts, seeds. (Although nuts and seeds tend to be more fatty make sure to have them once a week or what works best for you.)
Also, There is absolutely nothing wrong with binging as long as you’re binging on the right foods and getting the right amount of calories so you can feel full and energized through out the day. (high carb low fat)
Whole food plant based/vegan is the golden key to losing weight and keeping it off! You can still eat ice cream, pasta, lasagna, burgers, burritos, Indian, African, Asian, it’s just all plant based and low in fat and taste incredible! Anything you can think of no calorie restrictions, endless meals, endless recipes…you won’t get obese eating plant based. it’s a way better solution to a dangerous problem. 😊 check this link out :))
