I think I’m developing an eating disorder.

I have only been eating once a day if I even eat at all and when I do, it’s maybe 600 calories tops. Lost right at 20 pounds. I recognize that it’s probably super unhealthy, but I just don’t really have the desire to eat. Feel guilty when I do tbh. I did notice it seemed like I had less energy on my bike ride today, but it could have just been the heat.

Ones Brain alone typically consumes 600 caleries

Though they say a Good diet typically does or should have 2000 caleries daily

If you seek to lose weight
And to a lesser degree if weight loss isnt your primary desire/need

There are Some Advantages to a low calery diet
It can cause your body to go into partcial survival mode
It seems to be shown..that low but healthy diet with low caleries..can help and or shows to Help Extend Life
