I think I’m developing an eating disorder.
I have only been eating once a day if I even eat at all and when I do, it’s maybe 600 calories tops. Lost right at 20 pounds. I recognize that it’s probably super unhealthy, but I just don’t really have the desire to eat. Feel guilty when I do tbh. I did notice it seemed like I had less energy on my bike ride today, but it could have just been the heat.
