Support group

So this month i have been going to a eating disorder support group. Some of the stories people share are heart breaking. There is a 10 year little girl there. My daughter is that age. I couldn't imagine having to deal with that.

Anyway i sit in the back of the room. I haven't shared yet. Im afraid ill have a outburst and get kicked out. Its nice to know I'm not alone with this.

@Cigarguy101 the persons who come to meetings know how painful things can become - no one would mind, in fact they will love you more.
Gather courage & get it off your chest bring it out.
