How can i do better?
I dont know how to talk to anyone, so now im trying online venting resources to help. I struggle with eating, sometimes ill eat tell my stomachs uncomfortably full and then puke cause i feel guilty for eating so much, and other times its just so hard to eat even have a peice of candy knowing how many calories they have. This week i feel worse more then normal, i cant bring myself to eat more then 1 meal and i know exactly how many calories and how much i eaten, it was only 260 but even now i want to throw it all up.
