I need to stop asap. I need to walk because it helps me clear my mind. Lately I haven’t been able to walk and it’s been detrimental to my mental state. This week has been a nightmare worth of fgggg problems.
Prophet's sunnah of eating is the best. Make it a habit to atleast exercise for 2 mins as soon as u wake up, within the first 15 mins. That keeps u active.

@MuslimBarbie that’s what I did today. I exercised when I first woke up and I actually felt good the whole day.
