Im going to go for an walk to burn some of the calories I ate around an hour ago
Last week I hardly ate anything but I feel so bad for eating all that food I posted photos of today. Exercise actually helps me to eat more and it helps me to cope better with eating. By the way , if you have an eating disorder you need to get proffesional help for it , dont copy mine or others behaviours , I know I need professional help and im starting thearpy again this month as I had an months break.
