Dieting, exercising my ass off, all that fun stuff for two weeks now

And I’ve gained weight. WTF what do I have to do to lose weight? Im up to 204 lbs now. I exercise at the gym 3 days a week, run 3 days, eat healthy and diet and even take a lot of supplements. What am I doing wrong here?

Are any of your supplements for gaining weight? Do you drink sodas? I head of a guy who lost a bunch of weight just by cutting sodas from his diet

Btw they say muscle weighs more than fat.. are you any more buff despite the weight gain?

You are doing nothing wrong, it takes time, also , even if you don’t lose weight you might build muscle
You just need to make sure that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. You only really need to track that. Because a lot of ppl will eat healthity but still consume more calories than they burn,especially if they work out.
Just needs a little change. Weight fluctuates.

@0uijaFinger I’ve changed so much. Maybe it’s all the salt Im forced to take or my cortisol issues.
