To start, I made my food for the day..another salad. It includes: spinach, turkey bacon, boars head cajun turkey, pepperoncini peppers (Mt. Olive brand..trust me on this), seasoned croutons, 5 italian cheese mix, flax seeds mixed in Olive Garden dupe dressing (Aldi brand is cheap and has like no sugar!). Flax seeds are cheap, easily accessible in the bulk foods aisle, and easy to add to so many things. Being that I have high bp, cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, extra weight, low B vitamin levels, depression, etc..I am excited to see if this helps!
