My Mom Cooked For Me Again Past Few Days & My Weird Symptoms Came Back

From not being able to breathe properly to having a more irritated throat to having energy spikes to my body overheating at night. Based on my research, I probably developed an intolerance to high histamine so any foods and additives with too much can cause such problems. And of course she doesn't have whole grain options, so the simple carbs I eat at home poisons my body as I'm genetically predisposed to diabetes. Knowing how she is, she's never gonna fully accommodate my body changing for the worse, unless I get medical proof that I need to have my diet adjusted. Eating fast food ironically makes the symptoms go away (except for the really bad stuff, like instant noodles, hotdogs, fries, soda, etc).

Have you spoken to your physician? There is a condition associated with that syndrome, do you have any rash? If you have that condition you should be on therapy, but must be followed to be sure it doesn't progress.

@samueltyler2 my allergist just confirmed I'm allergic to dust mites, and agreed with my theory that certain stuff triggers a histamine intolerance. but that was before when I assumed only specific foods, drinkd, preservatives, and additives would cause histamine response. seems recently almost anything with high-histamine can trigger it.

@samueltyler2 i only got rashes and itchiness early on, but that eventually went away and never came back. Since the side effects aren't severe and/or delayed, my allergist told me I'm not allergic to histamine. he did recommend I consume OTC meds that are anti-histamine

@uikakarotuevegeta did they dona challenge test? They collect urine for histamine, then feed you or inject you with a histamine releasing substance and again collect urine.

@samueltyler2 sadly I just did blood test and allergen test where they pricked me with bunch of stuff, concluding that I'm allergic to dust mites
