I Don’t Understand Why I Lost 5 Pounds This Week….
I’ve been eating more fruit every day, Turkish yogurt cheese on gluten-free bread that I made, red meat every day, less salads (but cooked green veggies etc), beans, some rice, and other starches, and if I feel a bit hungry I’ll have a snack. I had been cutting back on carbs in order to lessen my blood sugar levels. But this morning I checked my blood sugar and it was 92, which is about 15-20 points lower than last week.
