Getting enough protein is exhausting

I don’t know how I used to do it. Back when I was more into fitness and on a bulking month I had to take in 180 grams of protein and 3600 calories a day. Do you know how hard that is? The average protein drink took me forever to drink it was so thick and finding food with enough calories was exhausting. God I don’t miss that.
I don’t understand how those big lifty guys do it, I mean besides the fact they take steroids too. I nearly puked trying to drink my protein shake tonight and that was just one single drink.


Why am I rambling like this? Idk 🤷🏻‍♂ I honestly just couldn’t think of anything else to say or talk about.
