Another cooking question…

For a chicken and rice dish…say you have chopped cooked chicken breast and coconut jasmine rice. Which of two sauces (that you already have) do you think would work better, teriyaki or sweet & sour ? (Both are sugar free, but still good).

My chicken and rice recipe...aka Cherokee Casserole.

1. Ground turkey breast.
2. Portobello mushroom soup.
3. Rotel tomato (can be mild or hot....personally like the hot)
4. Brown rice.
5. American cheese (or the cheese of your choice)

Cook the ground turkey...boil the rice.....then add both to large pot along with large container of the mushroom soup....add 'x' number of cans of Rotels. (at minimum I add 4 cans).

Stir in and mix....heat on the stove at medium setting....until hot. (use your judgement on how hot you want it. It does not need to boil)

Serve up on a plate or a bowl....then add cheese on top. Cheese will melt slightly.

If you really like hot/spicy, then take Tabasco sauce and add to your plate/bowl, and stir it in for an addition 'kick.'

Enjoy!
@JSul3 I’m saving this for next time—have everything but the mushroom soup, which I shall pick up on my next grocery run. Thank you for this recipe and I’ll let you know how it turns out ! 😃
