This is some bull faeces / any dietary advice?

I recently learned that in order to get hormone treatment my BMI needs to be less than 30, and to get the gender affirming surgeries my BMI gotta be under 28.

Mine is almost 40 at the moment. I've always been overweight and aside from the time I barely ate, I have never been able to lose weight.

I don't eat as much as most people think. My problem is choosing quick options rather than cook my own food AND being very picky.
I also have chronic heartburn and IBS

I hate cooking, and there are certain things I simply can't stand to eat.

Examples of no-foods:
Meat (fish is ok)
Any kind of peppers
Banana (that's actually a phobia of mine)
Visible onions/garlic
Eggs
Cheese (on pizza it's acceptable)
Sour cream
Cottage cheese
Feta cheese
Any type of dressing
The chunks in sweet-n-sour sauce

I'm laso very picky about texture, so pasta is a problem for me, even when I prepare it myself.

Before anyone asks: no, I don't have autism. I was recently screened as part of my gender identity therapy.

Premere protein shakes. Dinner time just a shake nothing else. You will slowly start to loose weight. May want to start with 2 shakes a day.....then adjust to one. Exercise as much as you can. NO soda, no high fructose corn syrup.

@Confined I'm not aure we have premera shales here, but I'll check next time I'm at the store.

When you say no soda, you you mean zero sugar soda too?
