Do you like cheese on a chicken salad sandwich?

I have had a few sub shops ask me if I wanted cheese on a chicken salad sub. I've never tried it. I love cheese on a tuna melt but not sure why I've never had it on chicken salad. And last night I saw a restaurant had some specials, and one was Chicken salad melt.
Have you tried it?

I don't try any sandwich called "salad", as I'm deathly allergic to mayonnaise and other raw egg products.

@Coralmist I have absolutely NO intent to try ANYkind of mayo...beyond making me sick, the taste was horrible. I will only use mustard or vinaigrette dressing. I don't like the taste of ketchup, but I can tolerate it...so I don't use it by choice.
