Do you like cheese on a chicken salad sandwich?

I have had a few sub shops ask me if I wanted cheese on a chicken salad sub. I've never tried it. I love cheese on a tuna melt but not sure why I've never had it on chicken salad. And last night I saw a restaurant had some specials, and one was Chicken salad melt.
Have you tried it?

I haven’t. I don’t really like cold cheese on any sandwiches. I don’t dislike it either, it just adds nothing special for me.
I do love a chicken salad sandwich though. It’s one of my favorite foods

@itsok I wonder if it might be good melted...? I guess to me chicken salad is so good without cheese anyway I just never tried it. I agree it's one of my favorite too! Someone mentioned Provolone is good and I could see that being a nice compliment 🤔
