I Miss Barley More Than I Do Wheat Due To Being On A Gluten-Free Diet…

loved barley in a variety of dishes. In the winter I’d make vegetable-beef soup with barley in it, it was like canned soup should be. I miss that soup a lot.

I stopped cooking with barley when we had a number of GF clients. Now that I only have myself to feed I have resumed my love of barley. You have my sympathy - it's hard when you have a medical issue which affects your diet, rather than some 21st Century fad
