5 Top Micronutrient Dense foods

For the carnivore or ketovore diets, putting this here because I think I'll experiment again.

Bivalves: Oysters, mussels, clams... are basically micronutrient rich because you're eating the whole animal.
Animal Organs: Liver and kidney in particular
Small Fish with bones: sardines, mackerel, white anchovies
Dairy: Milk and cream plus high fat cheese, goat milk
Eggs: somewhat deficient in calcium but otherwise micronutrient dense
Mutton and Lamb

To a much lesser extent but still good:

Dark leafy greens, olives, tomatoes, tree nuts, avocado, full cream yogurt, canned fish without bones

You're after my own heart i just bought 12 tins of Icelandic cod liver i eat sardines in olive oil and halipneena 🌶 peppers...... makes my naughty pee pee hard 😋..... Whole foods are my only food ...
