Sweet snack attack hack!
I really like a tiny sweet after dinner but sometimes I am also trying to limit calories. Every couple days in place of a treat, I'll have a small bowl plain Or with milk, of Crunchy Raisin Bran. It has a light sweet coating on the flakes so it feels decadent :) and the raisins are really soft in the Great Value brand. It makes for a tasty and somewhat healthy treat . You get a bit of crunch, a bit of sweet, a bit of healthy with the bran flakes, and for all for very low fat and pretty low calories.
