Does anyone on this site drink olive oil?

About the size of a shot glass a day, I'm talking about. I've seen a few things on line about people extolling its hair-enriching, skin glowing, weight reducing properties. Is there any truth in any of their claims? If so, why haven't we heard them before?

I would switch to liquid omega 3 with dha and epa. The health benefits are superior to that of olive oil. You just take one teaspoon of it a day and you get your daily intake of omega 3. Good for high blood pressure, it’s anti inflammatory and dha is good for the brain. Their is a list of the many benefits. As for weight loss their is no magic supplement for that it’s all a gimmick, it will only enhance your efforts to lose weight but losing weight is all about the calories you consume and the calories you burn.
