NY strip steak. Yet it is expensive, so sometimes I settle for top sirloin, or even cheaper petite sirloin.

All I have is an electric range, so I cook it in a skillet.

That is not my steak, just a photo I found online. I never make veggies! And pans do not make grill marks.
