Lazy old broad veggie lasagne. Oven ready lasagna, bag of steam fresh broccoli, bag of steam fresh spinach, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, one egg, pasta sauce. Mix it all together, shove in oven for 75 minutes. Good for at least 4 meals.
@Iwillwait Ugh, and it鈥檚 so easy. I鈥檓 so lazy, I don鈥檛 even layer the lasagne, I just break it up into pieces and mix it in with everything else, and throw some extra mozzarella on top after I鈥檝e put it in the pan.
