Ever since my fast

My energy levels have been phenomenal. I now eat less with more focus on nutrition. I look a lot fitter and feel it.

I've mostly been having: Bone broth chicken soup with avocado and rice, eggs, pickles, peanut butter toast, fruit and the occasional steak, and lots of water/black coffee.

I feel like I've found what my body needs and likes 🤟
