I'm starting tonight with the 14:10 plan in order to get used to fasting as a routine. I was considering 16:8 because sometimes I don't eat breakfast or dinner, it flops between the two. But with my medications, I [i]theoretically[/i] need to eat something in the morning.. I'll probably give my current plan sometime and change to 16:8 when I'm feeling comfortable enough with the routine!

I skip breakfast and lunch. Work days i dont eat till i get home after 6 . Have a two hour eating window those days. But on my days off - i usually eat around 2 or three- ish in the arvo, which gives me about 5 hour window or so .
On weekends i swtich it around, or just have liquid days....plus its good to have a normal day now and them .
As to which one you choose - its up to what suits you . Ive never really been a breakfast person .
@Mudkip same. Weekends i indulge in bacon and eggs sometimes....but i just don't seem to need or want breakfast. Never have. Food slows me down. When im fasting i have more energy 🤷
@OogieBoogie I'm literally the same. I don't seem to need or want breakfast. It makes me feel sluggish, even in the mornings when I sometimes run and workout. I'm better off without it.
@Mudkip yep. Thats me too. Its why i believe everyone should find what works best for them. Ive never understood "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"....its not, well not for me ut isn't. Not unless i wanna be asleep thru lunch 😂
