Overall, is your diet good or do you need to improve it?

I think I eat amazingly healthy for about 3 weeks (no simple carbs, no sugar at all, no white foods), max. of two coffees a day and never first thing in the morning .
All natural foods : grass fed beef, local happy chicken eggs, fresh or lightly steamed or quick seared veggies .
Whole milk , no juices ...only fruit , lots of berries.
Added polyphenols, magnesium , K2, vit d, lysine supplements .
And water, water, water .

Then I have a week where it just starts to crack, and by Saturday I'm haveing ice cream for breakfast, toast for lunch , and booze for dinner 🙄.

And then the cycle starts all over again 🤷

So ...mostly I eat well .80% -ish

@OogieBoogie very detailed! 🤣 for me I need to eat better I like cheese too much and pizza
@Moneyonmymind I've been on a "food as medicine" journey the last 2 years (?) or so .

It's been an amazing awakening .

I've managed to stop taking any medications except a headache tablet now and then.

Good nutrition has been ....life changing for me.

Exercise is crucial to internal health - physically, chemically and mentally as well .

That's where I need to do more.
