ty, @OogieBoogie🤗 i've read for so many hours it would make your head spin 🫨 even before my troubles, i was always interested in nutrition as part of my love of biological sciences

My biggest failing is toast .
Fuck I love it 😂
And it's taken this journey to discover - processed grains are just not good for me - indigestion straight away .
One week on them and my joint injuries start to hurt again .
I used to think I ate healthy :
Yogurts, and nearly no meat, lots of veggies and grains and sugar substitutes ....low fat crap😂
I was so wrong .
Now it's meat ....good fat....clean veggies ...no white rubbish ....no fake proteins or whatever.
I even assumed all supplements were good for you .
It's been ASTOUNDING what I've learned about food ....and how.much we are lied to .
