@GeistInTheMachine Prions happen at the genetic level more than the animal variant kind. There's actually four types of prions.

It's your choice if you want to abstain from meat but for prions it's kind of a waste of time since the majority is genetic.

They're very rare and all the cases we've had was because they were feeding cows with other cows, not because it's actually a thing that happens often.
