So to the topic of business... Which salad sandwich do you like most?

@Coralmist That it is, I have my own personal recipes for each.

@Coralmist Tuna, chicken, and ham, are all pureed into a paste before making them, and egg is sliced, the yolks mashed into a paste, and the slices put on top of that. They're all mixed with miracle whip, a small bit of mustard powder, and seasoned.

@NativePortlander1970 Mmm sounds scrumptious! And Miracle whip is tangier than mayo..nice!!

@Coralmist I should also add that I prefer the tuna, ham, and chicken salads, spread onto crackers or toast points, much like pate is.

@Coralmist Thank you :) miracle whip definitely is, my salads were a hit at family reunions and company potlucks. I also forgot to mention that all my salads also include super fine diced white onion and sweet pickle relish for added texture and crunch.
