So to the topic of business... Which salad sandwich do you like most?

@KiwiBird Hell yeah!! Some grilled tomatos and peppers over a nice bed of roman lettuce mixed with spinach.....add some chicken breast or steak and oil/vinegar....you have a good salad in my opinion and 😊

@KiwiBird "Chicken salad" here (as well as egg salad, tuna salad, and ham salad) when in the context of a sandwich is probably a misnomer. It contains no lettuce. Chicken salad typically contains shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and maybe some celery and/or onion all mixed up into a sandwich spread.

I love it grilled between two big pieces of sourdough bread with a slice of cheddar, slice of tomato, slice of pickle, and some bacon.
