Fatty liver

I have a fatty liver and idk how to reverse it. I was doing so good before by eating healthy, but ever since my dad passed away a few months ago I became dead inside and I stopped caring I began self destructing by eating bad now I can't stop, I need to seek help for it I just don't know how to. I don't want to die

I watched a Dr. Berg youtube video where he recommended choline supplements and to do some other stuff. Id recommend looking for it cause after the choline i took my liver enzymes are back to normal

Would it help you go back to eating healthy if you dedicated it to your dad? Then, over time, your liver might heal a bit.

@deadgerbil Yes, I read that too I've lost a lot of weight which helps too. I don't have cirrhosis but I do want to avoid getting it before it's too late.

@Pinkglitter how did you find out you have a fatty liver? And given that you lost a lot of weight, did that help your liver?

@deadgerbil I was diagnosed last year and before that Drs just couldn't figure out what it was. Losing weight has helped but I just need to stay away from sugar and Junk food.
