Should I tell dermatologist I quit taking meds and naturally healed ? I have appointment today

I have a follow up appointment. I was covered in hives from my neck down to my legs end of Feb. It was painful and I had taken medicine they gave me for it for like a week but the flare up would not stop. So I only took the medicine on the days I had flare up. Then eventually I stop taking the medicine and I went on a detox celery smoothie cleanse. I also started working out everyday for 45 to 60 minutes and I quit eating meat. I started losing weight and look up my skin healed completely maybe one or two scars but it’s like a miracle. I kinda want to cancel my dermatologist appointment cause all they believe in is medicine. They didn’t even do a biopsy or blood work on me and I been asking every doctor I seen to at least do blood work and let me know if it’s early stage lupus or something. Nobody would listen to me. Mind you I went to the ER twice. I was seen by my OBGYn asked her for like two months prior if I could get blood work or hormones looked at. Cause I was struggling to lose weight and felt like something was off. No one listen to me. So I just healed my self with blended veggies. 😂

As a person who breaks out in hives when I take certain meds or when I eat something to which I am allergic, I highly recommend that you see an allergist. What you experienced sounds very severe...but you should be aware that most hives clear up on their own as you process the toxins out of your body through your kidneys, and liver.

Allergy tests are completely natural. They put a tiny bit of each allergen in your arm(s), and if you swell up, then they know you are allergic to it, and you avoid that allergen from that time on.

I had them done. The allergist then creates a serum out of the things to which you are allergic, and gives you miniscule bits of your allergens once a week, then once every two weeks, then once every three weeks, and then once a month. The serum gets increased every time.

Eventually, your body learns NOT to have such severe reactions.

Sounds like possible food algery. May want to cancell just to save a copay.
Hives are typically a reaction to a medicine or food (allergy).
IE: any form of penicillin gives me the hives.

Blood work (CBC) is something your primary care physician (PCP) should be ordering at least once a year, more often if there is an issue that needs monitoring.
