Do only white people do keto diets?

@ImRileyTheDog Me. Keto is amazing. Always full, good digestion too if you get your electrolytes in. I laugh at people who eat two cups oats and they hungry a half hour later. That shit kills me every time lol. Meanwhile I'm full for at least six hours 😂
