Packing lunch for work stresses me out.

I never know what to take. I don’t cook which makes it worse and I hate lunch meat. And those frozen meals are yucky.

You don’t cook? That’s okay!
Fruit
Salad with protein ie eggs, chicken, fish, lentils etc
Nuts
Veggies with dip
Gosh there are so many options. What do you like that’s easy to throw together?

@Jenny1234 I boil eggs but they’re boring alone. I don’t like to cut up salad in the morning but I should. I like salad with tasty stuff like beets and cottage cheese

@SW-User prepare it the night before but keep dressing separate until you’re ready to eat

Yesterday I took brown rice mixed with shrimp and a scrambled egg for lunch

I always have the same morning and afternoon snacks so that’s always easy to pack: fruit for morning snack and afternoon snack is raw veggies and a shot glass size of nuts - whatever kind I have

@Jenny1234 good idea, I think I’ll prepare it tonight. A nice salad 🥗

Same. I always end up bringing the same thing every day- one of those microwaveable sipping soups and a little pack of cheese crackers.

@DearAmbellina2113 I end up bringing the most lame lunch.

Make a good sandwich, and some fruit on the side.
Or an easy salad.

Yes that’s a good idea @SW-User

I never know what i want until its lunch time 😏

Frozen meals suck the big one, because they have zero nutritional value. I would have a protein bar, small milk, and a graham cracker. Just like a preschooler
