I had protein bars with cricket powder in it but the taste is hidden by the other ingredients (chicolate, sugar etc) and I ate whole criquets many years ago in Oaxaca. they had chilli powder and lemon juice on them. they tasted ok but the legs had a weird texture.

No. I don't care to, either.
I know eating insects in food is sometimes unavoidable. But I don't want to eat them intentionally. I probably get enough little organisms in sushi.

Im keen to try 'cricket' . Im just not sure how id be willing to eat it, likenin a stew, candied or whatever.

I read years ago that insects are high forms of protein .
And they gotta be better than snails right?😅
