I like doing the whole cheat meal thing and eating healthy the rest of the week. That works the best for me. I hate having a food diary. But I sometimes keep one because occasionally I'll fall into bad habits or because it's helpful for a doctor or nutritionist to know.

@Scribbles Thanks! I used to be so good about eating well that I didn't have to keep a food diary. But then I've gotten more and more lax, eating less and less vegetables. The diary keeps me honest. But I HATE it lol.

@ShadowSister Let me know if you ever want to exchange some recipes. I sometimes find that helps me, to get some new healthy veggie based recipes :)
