Are you on a diet?

I just started my new diet today. Time to start logging meals again. I got a little too lax this summer.

I'm logging meals and using the plate method. I can eat whatever I want but high calorie dense foods are consumed less than fruits, vegetables and whole grains. So far its been working well for me.

@midnightrose Great plan. If I need to lose weight, I don't eat as much. That also works.

@midnightrose I think that any diet I've ever done that has worked well had me dramatically increase my vegetable intake. Whether I'm doing keto or counting calories or some other method, the end result is always to eat way more vegetables.
