Could you perhaps try different food, more healthy food and split your meals so you have half portions but rather than 3 meals per day with snacks try say 4 smaller portions of healthy but interesting food. As an example, try an avocado and feta cheese toastie in the morning with a tea or coffee, as a snack later on try Greek yoghurt with muesli and fruit. Also watch for liquid calories - lots of people forget about them 👍

Yeah it's good to not have food that can be fattening or sweets at home to be able to have more self control.

Best thing to do is plan your meals and snacks. Watch the carbs and best to ditch the sweets. Too bad sweets taste soo good.
